At Fratelli Rossetti, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our footwear and offer a seamless return process for items in their original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account or access the 'Orders' section on our website to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original Fratelli Rossetti box and protective packaging, ensuring the security of the artisan leather during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Handover and Refund

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected by our quality team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
